However, his Bill not only creates a database of medical records, but also places the government into the position of determining if any Citizen is healthy enough to own a gun!

industry! The era of private health insurance companies will end as the
unfettered appetite of the federal government puts a strangle hold on ALL
insurance companies!
TeddyCare will create a federal forced mandate forcing all American Citizens to pay for National Health Insurance from the only approved insurer, the Federal Government! But it doesn’t stop there! Will the government take away your rights to own property until you do? If so, that means firearms are property and so is any other asset you own! Not only is there no case law to establish such outlandish and off base claim, but is an insult to anyone who can read the Constitution!
